Submitting Agent Feedback

Edited

We’re always working to improve Annie’s performance — and your feedback is essential. Whether Annie needs additional training, made a mistake, or handled something in a way you’d like adjusted, you can quickly submit feedback directly from any conversation.

When Should I Submit a Support Ticket?

Please submit a report if:

  • Annie needs training on how to handle a certain situation

  • Annie made a mistake in a conversation

  • There was a scheduling or availability issue

  • There was a phone or widget installation issue

  • You would prefer Annie respond differently in certain scenarios

Even small adjustments help us fine-tune performance for your office.

Best Practices for Feedback

To help us improve Annie as efficiently as possible:

  • Be specific about what should have happened differently.

  • Include examples of preferred phrasing when possible.

  • Submit feedback as soon as you notice an issue.
