Submitting a Support Ticket

The Report Issue feature allows you to send feedback directly to our training team on how Annie handled a conversation. This allows us to customize your Annie

When you report an issue, a support ticket is created with the details you provide.

What Should I Report?

Use Report Issue when you want to let us know that:

  • Annie made a mistake during a conversation

  • Annie needs additional training or should respond differently in the future

  • There was a scheduling or availability issue

  • There was a phone or widget-related issue

Your feedback plays a big role in making Annie better over time.

How to Report an Issue

Follow these steps to submit feedback:

  1. Go to the Conversations tab
    Navigate to Conversations from the main menu.

  2. Open the conversation
    Click into the conversation you’d like to report an issue for.

  3. Click “Report Issue”
    Select the Report Issue button in the top-right corner of the conversation.

  4. Fill out the form

    • Choose the type of issue

    • Add details about what happened or what you’d like changed

    • Include examples or preferred responses if helpful

  5. Submit the report
    Click Submit to create a support ticket for our team.

What Happens After I Submit?

  • A support ticket is created automatically

  • Our team reviews the conversation and your feedback

  • We use your input to fix issues and improve Annie’s behavior going forward
