Testing Your Annie
During onboarding, you can test your agent through the Customer Portal or by calling Annie directly.
Where to Find Your Annie Phone Number
You’ll receive an email from your onboarder with your Annie phone number. You can also find it directly in the portal by following these steps:
Go to Settings
Select Agent Persona
Scroll to Phone Number next to Voice Settings. You’ll see a (385) number you can call to reach Annie directly.
How to test in the portal
Log in to helloannie.com
Click Test on the left side above Settings
Start testing your agent
Viewing Test Conversations
Go to Conversations
Select Test
All test calls and chats appear here
Submitting Feedback
Open the conversation
Click "Report Issue" to request training changes or flag anything that feels off.
Important Notes
Scheduling errors may occur until integrations are fully set up. This is expected. Finding things you don’t love is normal and encouraged.
