Appointments

The Appointments tab shows all appointments scheduled through Annie and their current sync status with your practice management system. This page helps you monitor, search, and troubleshoot appointments created by the AI Scheduler.

Each row in the Appointments table represents a single appointment and includes:

• Patient Name

• Appointment Type

• Appointment Date

• Source
  How the appointment was created. Most appointments will show AI Scheduler. However, if it is scheduled through Annie's Online Scheduler, the appointment will show as Web Scheduler.

• Status
  The current sync state between Annie and your practice management system.

• 🟢 Synced
  The appointment has been successfully added to your practice management system.

• 🔵 Ready to Sync
  The appointment is scheduled but has not yet been pushed to your PMS. This usually applies to offices that are cloud-based. To move the appointment from Ready to Sync to Synced usually requires you to access your PMS from a computer that has an integration extensions installed.

• 🔴 Failed to Sync
  Annie attempted to sync the appointment but encountered an issue. Our team will proactively cause of the error, however it is important to manually schedule or reschedule the patient.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find appointments by:

• Patient name

• Appointment type

• Date (partial matches supported)

Results update automatically as you type.
