Calendar
The Calendar tab gives you a real-time, read-only view of your office’s schedule pulled directly from your practice management system. This allows your team and AI workflows to understand availability and appointment context without making any changes.
What the Calendar Tab Is (and Isn’t)

Displays appointments from your practice management system
Shows providers, patients, appointment times, and statuses
Updates automatically as your schedule changes
Helps power AI responses and scheduling awareness
🚫 What It Does Not Do
Create appointments
Edit or move appointments
Confirm, cancel, or reschedule visits
Change any data in your PMS
Important: The Calendar tab is view-only. Annie cannot modify your schedule.
Accessing the Calendar
Log in to your Annie Dashboard.
Click Calendar in the left-hand navigation.
You’ll see a timeline-style view of your office schedule.
Understanding the Calendar View
Date Navigation
Use Today to jump back to the current date
Click the date selector to jump to a specific day
Time Grid
Appointments are displayed by time of day
Each column represents a provider, operatory, or schedule grouping
The vertical axis shows hourly time blocks
Appointment Cards
Each appointment may display:
Patient name
Provider
Appointment time
Status indicators (e.g. Unconfirmed, No-Show)
These indicators are pulled directly from your practice management system and cannot be edited in Annie.

You may see icons or labels such as:
❓ Unconfirmed
🚫 No-Show
Other PMS-specific status markers
These reflect the current status in your PMS and update automatically.
Common Questions
Can Annie book or move appointments?
No. The calendar is read-only.
Why don’t my changes show immediately?
Most updates appear in real time, but occasional sync delays can occur depending on your PMS.
Why can't I see all my operatories?
Scrolling to the right or clicking the circle-arrow button will allow you to see additional columns in your practice management system.
