Using the FAQ Section in the Annie Portal

FAQs are where you can store answers to common patient questions that don’t require follow-up details. This helps Annie give quick, accurate responses without needing more information from the patient. How to Find the FAQ Section

  1. Log in to your Annie portal.

  2. On the left side menu, toggle to Settings.

  3. Inside Settings, scroll to AI Settings.

  4. The FAQ section lives right under Agent Persona.

How to Add or Edit FAQs

• To search your existing FAQs, use the search bar at the top of the FAQ page.
• To add a new FAQ, click the purple Add FAQ button and enter the question you would like Annie to answer in the FAQ Title and the answer you want Annie to give under Content.
• To edit an existing FAQ, click on the FAQ you’d like to update, select Edit, make your changes, and hit the purple Save button.

Once you save your update, it automatically goes straight into Annie’s brain and becomes active right away.

Common FAQ Ideas to Add

Here are examples of FAQs that help reduce back-and-forth:

• Do you take my insurance?
• How much is a cleaning?
• Do you offer same-day appointments?
• What ages do you see?
• Do you have parking available?
• Do you accept new patients?
• What should I bring to my first appointment?
• Do you offer payment plans?
• Do you do emergency visits?
• Do you see walk-ins?
• What is your cancellation policy?
