Turning On Annie Notifications

Stay in the loop with Annie by making sure your notifications are set up just how you like them. Here's how to turn them on:
Log into your Annie portal.
Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Settings.
In the middle column, scroll to find the section labeled Notifications.
Select the types of notifications you’d like to receive—either SMS (Text) or Email (or both).
Choose what timeframe you'd like to receive notifications Outside Business Hours or All Hours
Once you've made your selections, click the purple Save button at the bottom right.

To make sure your notifications go to the right number:
While still in Settings, scroll to and select User Account.
The phone number listed here is where text notifications will be sent. Update it if needed, and hit save.
That’s it! You’re now all set to receive important updates from Annie.
